Privacy policy

AuctionWindow displays information from published institutional notices, including bank contact information where available. Some source documents may include personal information; the directory avoids reprinting borrower identities as listing titles and links to the issuing source instead.

Routine hosting infrastructure can process request logs, IP addresses, browser information and security telemetry. The public search UI does not require visitor accounts or accept payment information. Email alert signups are currently disabled. If you previously subscribed, your verified subscription data may still exist and unsubscribe links remain usable. We maintain hashed signup rate-limit records and confirmation token hashes. Unverified subscriptions are purged automatically after seven days; verified subscriptions remain until unsubscribed or deleted.

Advertising is not enabled in this starter release. If advertising or analytics are activated, their cookie practices, notices and consent requirements must be documented here before deployment. A placeholder ad area alone does not load an ad network.

You can delete an alert subscription immediately through its unsubscribe link. For other requests to correct or remove information, use the contact page. Hosting and retention details should be reviewed with the deployed infrastructure and applicable Indian privacy requirements before public launch.
